A lease agreement will be drawn up in the form of The Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Lease. We will guide both the tenant and the property owner through the process. We also can organise registration with the PRTB.
We will hold viewings during and outside office hours were required. We will show the property to as many suitable prospective tenants as possible in order to have a choice of quality tenants
Organising the closing and transfer of the electricity, gas and waste accounts from the out-going tenants is one of our duties. We facilitate the smooth transition between rentals.
We manage the collection of the first month’s rent and deposit prior to the signing of the lease agreement. We also ensure the prompt transfer of rent minus professional fees to landlord’s bank account within three working days. We will have the tenant set up a standing order for future rental payments to be paid by the tenants to the landlord’s bank account.
